Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is recommended for guests who are dealing with injuries or conditions that need focused massage. These conditions may include, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Temperomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) and more. This massage is also good for people recovering from muscle sprain/strain. Massage should not be used within the first 24-48 hours of injury.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is good for those who like deep pressure, but does not necessarily have specific injuries or conditons. Deep tissue massage uses a variety of different techniques to relax the deeper layers of muscle. Remember, Massage does not have to hurt to be beneficial. Always feel free to give your massage therapist feedback on the amount of pressure being used, whether you would like more or less pressure.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is very beneficial. It helps you relax and deal with all the changes your body is going through. It can help with low back pain, neck and shoulder pain and hip pain. Sciatica, carpel tunnel syndrome, leg cramping, and swelling of the hands and feet are all conditions that are frequently caused by pregnancy and can be relieved with massage therapy. There are situations where massage should not be used during pregnancy, such as: high risk pregnancies or if you are in your first trimester.
